Razzo ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Razzo mobile application (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

Photos you submit. When you use Razzo to get a Style Score, you take or select a photo. This photo is sent to our AI service (OpenAI) for analysis. We do not store your photos on our servers. Photos are processed in real time and discarded immediately after generating your Style Score.

Your stylist name. The name you give your AI stylist is stored locally on your device. We do not collect or transmit this information.

Usage data. We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (e.g., number of style checks, app opens) to improve the App. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

Purchase information. If you subscribe to Razzo Pro, your purchase is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or have access to your payment details.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

OpenAI API — processes your photos to generate Style Scores. Photos are sent to OpenAI's servers for analysis and are subject to OpenAI's API data usage policies. OpenAI does not use API submissions to train their models.
Apple App Store — handles all subscription payments and billing.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your stylist name and preferences are stored locally on your device using standard device storage. We do not maintain user accounts or store personal data on external servers.

Photos are transmitted securely (HTTPS/TLS) to the AI service for processing and are not retained after analysis is complete.

5. Children's Privacy

Razzo is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

6. Your Rights

Since we do not maintain user accounts or store personal data on our servers, there is minimal personal data to manage. If you wish to remove all locally stored data, you can uninstall the App.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
